It is more expensive to book in advance than to organise your trip once you are in Mongolia.
Organising in advance means that you know where you go, when you leave and when you come back.
Organising your tour in the Guest House means cheaper but not sure where you will go, when you will leave and when you'll come back. It all depends on the other people with whom you book a tour.
If you have limited time, I would suggest you to book in advance!!
